I’m here for the same reason you are.

I built a business from scratch. I work hard, I move fast, and for most of my life I believed that was simply what it took — that if you wanted something, you worked harder until you had it.

What I didn't learn until recently is that if you never stop, you miss it. All of it. The growth you were building toward. The moments worth pausing for. The quiet that was waiting the whole time.

I'm a creative entrepreneur based in New England. I'm middle-aged, navigating menopause, running a business, and genuinely trying to figure out how to slow down — not as a concept, but as a daily practice. I work with people of all ages and abilities, and I see the same pattern everywhere: we are all moving too fast to notice what we've actually built.

PAUSE. came from that. From needing the reminder myself. From believing that the most important things — a kitchen that smells like something good, dirt on your hands, a window you actually looked out of — don't announce themselves. You have to stop long enough to let them in.

I'm learning to be grateful for the quiet.

This is what I made for both of us and I’m so glad you’re here.
